What if I have a medical procedure that requires me to remove my jewelry?

Permanent Jewelry can be easily removed. Simply get a pair of good scissors, a wire nipper, or even nail clippers and cut the welded jump ring. Remember to save your jewelry, so you can come see us for a reweld after your procedure.

How long does the process take?

We like to book our 1/2 hour time slots. This ensures you have plenty of time to choose your chain and charm. The sizing and welding process takes 5-10 minutes.

Can I still swim and shower with permanent jewelry?

YES! Our chains are gold filled and sterling silver. They are meant to last. We suggest making sure you clean your jewelry after swimming. Simply clean with jewelry cleaner or dish soap and small brush. It’s also best to dry your jewelry after being wet.
